The New Hampshire Association of EMT's is pleased to announce our Quarterly Continuing Education session and NHAEMT Meeting, which will be held at the Safety and Health Council offices, corner of Manchester St and Airport Rd, in Concord, on June 30, 2007.
The Quarterly Meeting will commence at 0900, and we will take a short break before our first speaker presents at 1030. Coffee, tea, water, juice, and morning/afternoon snacks will be provided; however, you are asked to plan for your own lunch needs (we can order out as a group that morning, if people prefer!) and special food needs/drinks you may require as a consequence of dietary needs. Lunch break will be 45 minutes, please do not plan to take an extended break...
Speakers will be confirmed and announced shortly. The day will include an update on local, state, and national issues concerning our Scope of Practice, NEMSIS, protocols, transitions, and other items of interest. Speakers after lunch will address educational issues of interest to all EMS personnel.
There is no charge for this session (this is where part of your dues is applied!), and a minimum of 6 hours of NREMT/NHBEMS eligible Continuing Education hours will be awarded. If there are non-members in your area who wish to attend, they are welcome, but should plan to join as a member at the door. Until September 30, 2007, the dues are $15/year.
Details on the speakers and directions will be sent a little later. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting! Please let us/me know if you will be able to attend by responding to this E-mail at your earliest convenience, so we may plan for snacks, etc.
